The Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) is pleased to announce its call for applications, for the fourteenth consecutive year, for the Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Health Management being conducted in the academic year December 2022 – November 2023, at the Indian Institutes of Public Health, Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Delhi, Gandhinagar (Gujarat), & Hyderabad (Telangana).

Two year Masters in Public Health

Duration: Two Years

The Indian Institute of Public Health – Hyderabad announces the two years Master of Public Health course under affiliation to Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal with permission from the Government of Telangana. The programme is designed as an intensive two years’ full-time programme with 4 semesters, with 80 credits on offer to candidates from science, humanities and other backgrounds. The degrees will be awarded by the Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal. A team of specialist faculty from diverse streams from Indian Institutes of Public Health and Public Health Foundation of India, the authorities from the state government and ministry and health and family welfare would be engaged in teaching. The students will also be exposed to lectures delivered by invited faculty of national and international acclaim. Guides will be identified for mentoring during the internship and project work.

Integrated MSc & PhD in Health Informatics

Duration: Two Years

The M Sc & PhD (Health Informatics) programme is jointly conducted by PHFI and AcSIR and degrees are awarded by Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR) since 2013. Health Informatics has tremendous promise in improving the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, and safety of health care service systems. General purpose information technology solutions areusually inadequate for specialized needs of the health sector. Thescope of health informatics is very wide as there are a varietyof emerging new technologies that need to be understood,adapted, and validated for use in health systems and thenmanaged for continuous improvement. The programme provides exposure to participants to the best in health care and technologybased on research and innovations on one platform forstudents across India and South Asia.
