Mr. Santosh did his Bachelor and Master degree in Computer Application from IGNOU. Now, he is pursuing MBA from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak .He has more than five years of work experience in Oracle R12 ERP Implementation, Functional Testing, System Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Internal Quality Audit and Reporting with different sectors. He has served as Manger-Programme (ERP&MIS) at Helpage India. He wasresponsible for oversight implementations of the program module of the Oracle based ERP system approx 250 project locations and provide training to the users on the various functions related to programme management & costing.

He had worked with CSR Project of Teesta Urja Ltd. as a Deputy Manager-(Programme). He was responsible for provide technical expertise on Planning of Projects, developing dissemination plans, data management, data analysis and monitoring etc. to enhance evidence based decision-making at different levels of the in project area as per the R&R agreement .He had also worked with GCCI and NPSP as a Data Analyst to implement comprehensive information and monitoring system.
