niveditha_devasenapathy Dr. Devasenapathy is a medical doctor, trained in clinical research. I pursued my Masters in Clinical Trials from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine as a Distance Learning (DL) Programme and passed with Distinction.

She joined the Indian Institute of Public Health- Delhi in 2009. Prior to that she was associated with the Centre for Chronic Disease Control, New Delhi where she managed and coordinated large, Phase III international multicentre trials.

Dr. Devasenapathy is currently engaged in teaching clinical research for the ongoing PG Diploma and several short term training programmes at IIPH-D. She also works part time as a tutor for the DL Clinical Trial Masters programme at LSHTM.  She is actively involved in developing several research proposals. 

Areas of Interest:

Designing cluster randomized trials for testing public health interventions in resource poor settings and clinical trials involving complex interventions.
